Our Language Center is a Tesda-Accredited Institution which is located in Unit 306 TDS building 72 Kamias Road, Quezon City (UNIONBANK KAMIAS). Food establishments, dormitories and shopping centers are located here to be enjoyed by the many students.
JLTC has been 10 years and counting. JLTC started on February 26, 2004 at the heart of San Juan, Metro Manila and now located in Quezon City.
Now, JLTC has become one of the leading providers of foreign language training, international exam review, college entrance test training and review, home-based academic tutorials, foreign language interpretation services, foreign language translation services, advertising and print business services.
Proficiency Objectives:
For all languages at JLTC, proficiency objectives in each of the skill areas have been established for one year of study for the most commonly taught languages, such as Arabic, Bahasa, Cantonese, Danish, Dutch, English, Filipino, Finnish, Fookien, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Mandarin, Norwegian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, and Thai. Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing Objectives are set at the intermediate-mid level of TESDA. Korean Language Training (KLT) and Call Center Training are also offered.

UPDATE FOR THOSE AWAITING THE NEXT EPS-TOPIK.
The POEA gathered over 18,000 interested applicants from its survey on Employment Permit System-Test of Proficiency in Korean (EPS-TOPIK). This will be tha basis of the individual schedule to be assigned for those who qualify towards an orderly flow and management of the big number of workers for each day of registration.

The Employment Permit System - Korean Language Test or EPS-KLT was under the (MOA) Memorandum of Agreement signed by (DOLE) and Ministry of Labor of Korea (노동부) on April 23, 2004.
